When to contact Board or committee members
Although Board and Committee members are there to assist in any way possible, please know that they are all volunteers with busy schedules, personal lives and professions.
For most needs, members should contact Tolley first.
However, there are instances where you can and should contact Board or Committee members:
You’ve got specific and brief questions about Board activities or areas managed by a committee member
You don’t think you’ve been adequately serviced by our management company
You want to escalate or draw attention to a particular issue
You want to join the Board or a committee
You want to express gratitude
